There has been a lot going on in the world & I know it has been horrific and heart breaking for many - for those directly affected & those who see what it is going on in the world, the suffering & feel totally helpless. I know deep suffering & it's devastating effects but this is next level. We must remember, the change we want to see in the world starts with US. We CAN help. My heart goes out to each & every soul affected. And whatever you are feeling is valid!! Remember to let yourself feel what you are feeling 😚 And then release it. Don't hold onto it, that's the stuff that leads to ones suffering and even dis-ease. If we are a mess, we cannot help!!! Remember, us holding all those affected in our hearts & prayers & DOING something to help is more powerful than letting fear & worry take over - which affects us & imagine on a collective.. I won't go into the Quantum physics of it. When the brain & body go into fight/flight and/or freeze - right now it will probably be a freeze in many - this creates chaos in ourself & this will not help those affected. At all. Because we cannot do anything then!! What we want to think about is how we can help. And I know you may be thinking there is no way.. but there is! Sending love, holding all those affected in our hearts & prayers daily is everything. Miracles have happened when huge amounts of people pray together. V powerful stuff. If you feel called, in your purpose, find work or ways to help others. I am doing this myself. Perhaps you have powerful/helpful connections - get in touch. We can try to find ways of helping financially, donating to charities, just do your research of course. Perhaps gather with family, friends, community & find ways of actually helping. Because us feeling all the God awful feelings doesn't actually help anyone. This does not mean dismissing or ignoring what others are going through. 👨‍🦯 #NEWIN 👨‍🦯‍➡️I cannot get over how brilliant these two little guys are!! 😭😅🤣 A pair of early to mid 19th Century French enamel & gilt metal articulated puppet charms! 😍 I have discovered that they are the character Polichinelle of the masquerade, which became a thing, a puppetry craze, in the 17th Century!! 😍😍😍 They date a bit later than that. I love their colouring.. of course some has worn away due to their age but this is to be expected and still standing strong! They measure 1.5 inches long and about 0.5 inches wide at the widest.
