Our platinum pendant sparkles just like that perfect day with happy and lively energy. The aquamarine drop is a lively and bright gem cut into a gorgeous briolette shape, suspended from a fine and simple platinum bale. The aquamarine is a beautiful, intense baby blue colour and measures 14.22 by 6.9 mm. The aquamarine has some small internal inclusions in one place at the bottom of the stone, these are not noticeable when examined without a jeweller's loupe. Please see our photos, these are taken in magnification to show you the detail, even if you cannot see it with a naked eye. The total length of the pendant is 24.24 mm, it weighs 1.0 grams and is in lovely antique condition. The pendant was hand crafted around 1920. The platinum has been tested as the piece is not hallmarked. The listing does not include the chain, it is available in the previous listing.

Aquamarine means "seawater" in Latin, it is a Birthstone for March and a 19th wedding anniversary gift, meant to bring happiness to marriage (and calm the stormy waters :). It would make a beautiful, perfect "something blue" for your wedding day too !!
